Weak load-bearing capacity? High installation difficulty? Long construction periods? High installation costs? In light of the flourishing development of distributed PV, developing PV applications for building rooftops and specific environments that have limited load bearing capacity is becoming a major focus in green energy. With its differentiated advantage, DAS Solar introduces the lightweight high density module and the lightweight half-cell module to address specialized installation requirements.

Lightweight

Equipped with DAS Solar's self-developed polymer and metal composite materials, a weight reduction of over 70% is achieved by these modules compared to conventional counterparts due to their thickness of just 4mm per panel and weight of 4.2kg/sqm. Featuring a glass-free design, they offer a light and airy feel while effectively reducing pressure on the installation base, overcoming load-bearing limitations, and effortlessly addressing various environmental challenges.

 Innovation

It does not require a mounting system, drilling, reinforcement, or purlins; structural adhesive is used directly. With DAS Solar lightweight modules, installation is simple and rapid: cleaning the installation surface, applying adhesive, affixing the modules, and rolling for reinforcement. Enhanced efficiency results in substantial labor, system costs, and installation time savings. Furthermore, innovative size optimization facilitates effortless transport by one person, resulting in greater convenience and cost savings.

Leading Technology

With an array of power ranges ranging from 420W to 510W, DAS Solar lightweight series modules are powered by efficient cell technology. In order to improve current collection and optical utilization, the lightweight half-cell modules are designed with SMBB technology and half-cell designs with round wire welded belt connections. The lightweight high density module also features a cell arrangement that does not leave gaps between cells, which improves cell density and efficiency. The lightweight series modules incorporate a corrugated aluminum foil backsheet, which is naturally impermeable and provides superior heat dissipation, rigidly reinforced to resist deformation. Moreover, the modules are encapsulated with a high-performance double POE film to effectively reduce the risk of module cracking. A fluorine coating on the module surface blocks 99.8% of UV radiation, is highly temperature resistant, has excellent fire resistance, and reduces glare. DAS Solar lightweight modules have been tested for PID, ammonia resistance, corrosion resistance to salt spray, mechanical load, dust resistance, and fire resistance. They have obtained professional certifications from PCCC, TUV, CGC, offering a 10-year material warranty and 25-year power warranty, providing global customers with a reliable assurance of long-term optimal value.

Green Recyclable

With their detachable structural design, lightweight modules can be disassembled and reused repeatedly, making installation more flexible. With no glass encapsulation or frame design, the modules won't leak onto the roof and won't accumulate dust or debris, resulting in lower maintenance costs. As part of its product design and production process, DAS Solar consistently adheres to a low manufacturing energy consumption concept. Module film, solar cells, aluminum foil, and other components are made of green and recyclable materials, which make them more decomposable than conventional modules. This enhances the overall utilization rate of the products, effectively balancing economic and environmental benefits.

Personalized Customization

DAS Solar's lightweight modules have a bending radius of 880mm, allowing seamless integration with buildings. They are lightweight and aesthetically appealing, and can be customized professionally with or without frames to suit various applications. In addition to being suitable for distributed applications like flat roofs, residential tiles, and commercial colored steel tiles, these modules also meet the installation requirements of special scenarios such as carports, aprons, and expressway slope sides, offering a wide range of applications in a wide variety of environments.

With its lightweight module products, DAS Solar provides differentiated customization services based on lightweight design, enabling it to offer efficient power generation in buildings with restricted space.
